[Agreement Description]
This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and Wuxi Tairex Technology Co., Ltd. (Chinese name: 无锡紫荆智康科技有限公司) (hereinafter referred to as “Tairex” or “we”) regarding the use of the real-name authentication service provided in the “Tairex AI Hospital” application.

Before using this service, you should carefully read this Agreement. Please ensure that you read and fully understand all terms, especially those concerning disclaimer or limitation of liability, applicable law, and dispute resolution.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, or refuse to provide personal information required for real-name authentication, we will be unable to provide you with the complete products and services.
By clicking to confirm your agreement, using this service, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of this Agreement in any explicit or implicit manner, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to this Agreement. This Agreement shall then take legal effect between you and Tairex and become a legally binding document on both parties.
If you are under 18 years old or otherwise have limited civil capacity, please read this Agreement under the supervision of your legal guardian.
I. Purpose of Real-Name Authentication Information
According to Article 17 of the “Detailed Rules for the Supervision of Internet-Based Diagnosis and Treatment (Trial)”, “Internet-based medical diagnosis and treatment must adopt a real-name system. Patients are obliged to provide medical institutions with true identification and basic information and must not impersonate others for medical consultation.”
To review and securely verify accounts applying for real-name authentication, you agree that we may verify your identity through your identification information to ensure that the actual patient using the account is the same person as the authenticated account holder.
To improve the accuracy and security of the real-name authentication service and comply with regulatory requirements for internet healthcare services, you authorize us to collect and process your real name, identification document type, identification number, and other related information as necessary.
You understand and agree that we may compare and verify the identity information you provide while using this service (such as your name and identification number) with information stored by institutions authorized by laws, regulations, or government authorities.
II. Application and Verification for Real-Name Authentication
You understand and agree that you will provide relevant information and materials as prompted on the functional pages (such as real name, identification document type, identification number, identification document photos, etc., subject to what is displayed on the page).
You understand and agree that failure to provide the above information may prevent you from completing real-name authentication, which in turn may prevent you from accessing the internet medical services available after authentication.
You understand and agree that, for the purpose of real-person identity authentication, you authorize Tairex to transmit the personal information we lawfully collect (such as your name, identification number, and identification document photos) to third-party institutions cooperating with us for real-name verification.
Identity information is considered sensitive personal information and is necessary for providing this service. If you choose not to provide or do not consent to the processing of the above sensitive personal information by Tairex and/or its cooperating third-party institutions, you will not be able to complete the real-name authentication service and therefore cannot access the internet medical services provided after authentication.
III. Protection of Your Personal Information
We value and protect your personal information. We will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the terms of our Privacy Policy.
IV. Legal Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the information and materials you provide are true, lawful, accurate, and valid.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have submitted forged information/documents/identities, impersonated others, or that your actions violate or may violate the above provisions or this Agreement, we have the right to take appropriate measures based on the severity of the violation.
Such measures may include but are not limited to:
- Restricting or suspending the authentication service provided to you
- Canceling or revoking your authenticated identity
- Restricting account functions
- Temporarily or permanently suspending the account
- Terminating the account
- Prohibiting re-registration
You shall bear all responsibilities and obligations for any losses or damages related to such measures, including but not limited to the removal of your account's authentication status, content, virtual assets, and permissions, inability to use your account or related services of Tairex AI Hospital, or any other consequences.
If any third-party claims, demands, losses, or administrative penalties arise as a result, you shall bear them independently. If such actions cause losses to us, we reserve the right to seek compensation from you.
V. Supplementary Provisions
To provide better services or due to changes in national laws and regulations, policy adjustments, technical conditions, or product features, this Agreement may be updated from time to time.
When updates occur, we will notify you through appropriate means. The updated content will take effect from the date of publication.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you have the right to stop using the relevant services. If you continue to use the services after the updated Agreement takes effect, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the updated policy and agree to be bound by it.
To protect your legitimate rights and interests or those of others, we reserve the right to suspend the provision of related services when we believe there may be potential risks.
If any dispute arises between you and us regarding this Agreement or its execution, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People’s Court at the location of Wuxi Tairex Technology Co., Ltd.
We strive to ensure that the real-name authentication service operates effectively and stably within the limits of current technological capabilities. However, due to various uncertain factors such as network fluctuations and the continuous upgrading of technical methods and verification mechanisms, we cannot guarantee that you will successfully pass real-name authentication.
If authentication fails, you may initiate the authentication process again.
