By completing the cancellation procedure as instructed on the cancellation page, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all contents of this notice.

Please be advised that deleting your Zijing Zhikang AI Hospital patient account is an irreversible operation. After the account is deleted, all medical services associated with your account will be considered voluntarily abandoned.

Before proceeding with account deletion, we strongly recommend that you back up all information related to your account and ensure that all associated medical services have been properly handled.

After successful account deletion, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized. Please note that in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, system logs may be retained for at least six months or longer.

1. We sincerely regret your decision to cancel your account.If you still wish to proceed, your account must meet the following conditions:

• 1.1 Account Security: There must be no ongoing orders or unfinished transactions associated with the account.
• 1.2 No Pending Orders: There must be no ongoing orders or unfinished transactions associated with the account.
• 1.3 All Assets Settled: The account must have no outstanding balances, debts, or virtual assets.
• 1.4 Authorization Removed: The account must have removed all third-party authorizations and bindings with other products or websites.
• 1.5 No Disputes: The account must have no ongoing disputes, including complaints, reports, penalties, or restrictions.

2. During the cancellation process, if the account becomes involved in any disputes, including but not limited to:

• 2.1 complaints、reports、litigation、arbitration、investigations by regulatory authorities,Tairex AI Hospital reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account cancellation process without requiring further consent from you.

3. After canceling your Tairex AI Hospital patient account, you will no longer be able to use the account, nor retrieve any information associated with it, including but not limited to:

• 3.1 Your account information (including nickname, avatar, message history, shipping addresses, etc.) and identity verification information will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
• 3.2 All bound patient records will be deleted.
• 3.3 All consultation records with doctors and uploaded medical documents will be deleted.
• 3.4 All records related to appointments, registrations, recharges, and payments will be deleted.Please ensure that all transactions are completed and free of disputes before canceling your account. Any rights related to refunds or claims arising from historical transactions will be considered voluntarily waived after cancellation.
• 3.5 You will no longer be able to log in to Tairex AI Hospital Patient App or any other websites or applications that use this account for authentication.

4. Canceling your account does not exempt or reduce any liabilities arising from activities conducted through the account before its cancellation.
