Statement on the Use of Online Data Acquisition

The Tairex AI Hospital platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) holds rights to the data and information generated and maintained during the operation of the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to take legal action against any unlawful or improper acquisition, scraping, or use of the Platform’s data and information.

With respect to the acquisition and use of data from the Tairex AI Hospital platform, the following statement is hereby made:

1. It is strictly prohibited to unlawfully obtain or improperly scrape personal privacy information, including but not limited to mobile phone numbers and user names, as well as trade secrets or any information that may infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
2. It is prohibited to scrape non-public information protected by the Platform without prior consent, and any activity that may interfere with the normal operation of the Tairex AI Hospital platform is strictly forbidden.
3. Without prior authorization from the Platform, data obtained from the Platform shall not be used, directly or indirectly, for commercial purposes, including but not limited to using Platform data as input for model training, or using models trained with such data for commercial purposes.
4. Prior to using Platform data for research purposes and publishing related results, the data user must communicate with the Platform in advance and obtain its consent. Such use must not damage the reputation or image of the Platform.
5. When using data obtained from the Platform, the source of the data must be clearly indicated.
6. The party obtaining the Platform’s data must properly safeguard such data and maintain confidentiality, take reasonable measures to prevent data leakage, and shall not disclose, reveal, transmit, or otherwise make the data available to any third party without the Platform’s prior written consent.
