In view of this, Wuxi Tairex Technology Co., Ltd., the provider of Tairex AI Hospital services (hereinafter referred to as "we"), has formulated this "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") and reminds you that:
This Policy applies to the various services or products we provide. It does not apply to services provided by other companies or individuals (hereinafter referred to as "third parties"). If you use similar third-party services on our app, you are subject to that third party's privacy policy (rather than this Policy), and you need to read its content carefully. We are not involved in, and do not bear any responsibility for, disputes between you and third parties regarding personal information protection.
Before using our services or products, please be sure to read and thoroughly understand this Policy, and only start using them after confirming full understanding and agreement. In any case, your use of the service will be regarded as an endorsement of the entire content of this Policy.

Definitions:
- Tairex AI Hospital App: Refers to the mobile internet hospital service platform developed and operated by us.
- Service Provider: Refers to the software technical service provider: Wuxi Tairex Technology Co., Ltd.
- User: Refers to the person who has registered and logged into the App, referred to as "you" or "user" in this Policy.
- Personal Information: Refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person's identity or reflect a specific natural person's activities, either alone or in combination with other information.
- Sensitive Personal Information: Personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, may easily lead to the infringement of the personal dignity of a natural person or harm to personal and property safety, including biometrics, religious beliefs, specific identity, medical health, financial accounts, tracking and trajectory, etc., as well as personal information of minors under the age of fourteen.
- Deletion of Personal Information: Refers to the act of removing personal information from the systems involved in daily business functions so that it remains in a state that cannot be retrieved or accessed.
- Minor: Refers to a minor under the age of eighteen.

Ⅰ. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
When you use our products/services, the personal information we may need to collect and use includes:
- Essential Information: Necessary personal information you must authorize us to collect and use to achieve basic functions. If you refuse, you will not be able to use our products/services normally.
- Additional Information: Information you can choose whether to authorize to enable additional functions. If you refuse, those specific functions may be unavailable or fail to achieve the intended effect.
We will collect and use your personal information for the following functions:
(A)Registration and Authentication
You need to register an account. You may also authorize us to obtain relevant information provided by you on third-party platforms. To verify your identity (Real-name Authentication), you may need to provide your real name and valid ID number (e.g., ID card, social security card, passport). We also collect gender and current address for hospital registration and archiving.
(B)Intelligent Dialogue (AI)
- [Important Note] You acknowledge and agree that AI Doctor responses are generated automatically based on large-scale model technology and are for health consultation reference only. They do not constitute any form of medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or medication advice. If you feel unwell, please visit a physical medical institution. We collect: information you actively input (text, voice, images, files), content instructions, behavior records (clicks, browsing, edits), and feedback (likes, dislikes). For real-time voice interaction, we collect and analyze voice input to distinguish user speech from ambient noise.
- Permissions: During AI consultation, you may voluntarily take photos or upload files (medical records, prescriptions, lab reports). We will request authorization for camera and album permissions (and microphone for certain phone models) via pop-up windows.
(C)Report Interpretation
- When you use the report interpretation service, in order to analyze and interpret the content of your examination or test report, you may actively take photos of or upload report images or files. When you choose to take photos or upload images, we will separately request access to your camera and photo album permissions, and will collect the report photos you take or select to upload after obtaining your authorization. If you refuse to grant authorization, you will not be able to use this service, but it will not affect your ability to use other features and services of Tairex AI Hospital
- Please take appropriate measures to protect your privacy when taking or uploading photos or files. The photos or files you take or upload may contain your sensitive personal information. We promise that the photos or files you upload will not be used for any purposes other than providing this service, and we will strictly protect your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- If you upload a medical examination or test report that does not belong to you while using the report interpretation service, please ensure that you have obtained the legal authorization of the relevant individual before submitting the report to avoid improper disclosure of their information.
(D)Medicine Box Identification
When you use the Medication Box Recognition Service, in order to identify your medication box and provide specific drug information, you need to actively take photos of or upload images of the medication box. Therefore, we will request access to your camera and photo album permissions, and after obtaining your authorization, we will collect the medication box photos you take or select to upload. If you refuse to grant authorization, you will not be able to use this service, but it will not affect your ability to use other features and services of Tairex AI Hospital.
(E)Health Records
- If you need to manage your health profile, personal health history, and medical record information in the Health Record, we will collect the information you actively provide, including your physical indicators (height, weight, waist circumference, BMI, blood type, blood pressure, heart rate, sleep status, hair health status), past medical history (such as serious illnesses or chronic diseases, surgical records), surgical history, family medical history, allergy history, and medical records (including but not limited to outpatient medical records, outpatient prescriptions, discharge summaries, surgical records, examination and test reports, physical examination reports, and imaging materials).
- If you wish to upload your medical records to the Health Record for recording and health management purposes, you need to actively take photos or upload photos or files. We will request access to your camera and photo album permissions, and after obtaining your authorization, we will collect the images or files you take or select to upload and automatically extract and recognize the text from the medical records. The above information will be available for you to manage and view within the Health Record of this service.
- If you wish to save in the Health Record the medication box photos and related drug information, examination and test reports and their interpretation results, dietary photos and interpretation information, and AI doctor analysis information that you upload in Tairex AI Hospital for recording and health management purposes, we will collect the images, documents, recognition and interpretation information, and AI doctor consultation information you upload. The above information will be available for you to manage and view within the Health Record of this service.
- To enhance your Health Record management experience, with your authorization, we will collect your diagnosis and treatment information from third-party applications into the Health Record. Please ensure that you have fully understood and agreed to our data collection and usage policies, as well as the relevant terms and conditions of the third-party applications. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that due to the diversity and frequent updates of third-party applications, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with all third-party applications.
- You may create and manage Health Records for family members (up to three individuals). You can create a Health Record for a family member by entering their name, gender, date of birth, and relationship. After creating the Health Record, you may actively input your family member’s physical indicators, health history, and medication information, and upload their outpatient medical records, outpatient prescriptions, examination and test reports, and other medical materials to edit and manage their Health Record. Please ensure that you have obtained their legal authorization before creating or managing a Health Record for your family members to avoid improper disclosure of their personal information.
- We will conduct health analysis based on the information stored in your Health Record, generate your health profile, and, with your separate authorization and consent, provide you with personalized services. If other intelligent agent services require access to your Health Record data, with your separate authorization and consent, we will synchronize your Health Record information with the intelligent agents you designate (including those developed by us, jointly developed with third parties, or independently developed by third parties) so that they can provide you with health analysis and personalized services. You may contact us through the methods described in “Section 9: How to Contact Us” to learn about the potential impact of the aforementioned data processing activities on your personal rights and interests and to refuse such processing. We will promptly stop the relevant data processing activities after receiving your request.
- To further protect the privacy and security of your Health Record, you may choose to set fingerprint, Face ID, numeric password, or gesture password as the unlocking method for the Health Record. If your device runs on iOS and you choose Face ID unlocking, we will request Face ID permission to verify your identity. If you refuse Face ID permission verification, you will not be able to set Face ID as the unlocking method, but you may still choose other unlocking methods.
(F)Service Optimization
You acknowledge and agree that, after being processed with secure encryption technologies, de-identified, and rendered incapable of identifying any specific individual, the information you provide while using Tairex AI Hospital, along with the corresponding responses generated by the model, may be used for model training. This allows us to continuously adjust and optimize the model’s performance in order to provide you with higher-quality services. If you do not wish for this information to be used for model training and optimization, you may contact us through the contact methods disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
(G)Information Display and System Safety
To provide page displays and search results that better match your needs and to understand product compatibility, we may collect information about the services you use and how you use them and associate such information. This information includes:
- Device Information: After you agree to the Privacy Policy, and based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, we will receive and record information related to the device you use, including device model, Wi-Fi SSID, operating system version, device settings, Android ID, MAC address, IMEI, IMSI, and other software and hardware characteristic identifiers, as well as device location information (including IP address, GPS location, and sensor-related information such as Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base stations capable of providing relevant location data).
- Log Information:When you use the services or products provided through our website or client applications, we will automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services and store it as network logs, including your search queries, IP address, browser type, telecommunications carrier, language used, access date and time, and records of the webpages you visit.
Please note that device information and log information alone cannot identify a specific natural person. However, if we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific individual, or combine it with personal information, then during the period of such combination it will be treated as personal information. Unless we have obtained your authorization or otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will anonymize or de-identify such information.
- To ensure the proper functioning, security, and stable operation of the Tairex AI Hospital APP, some third-party SDKs or similar applications that we integrate may collect your personal information.We conduct annual personal information security impact assessments on third parties to evaluate the legality and necessity of the personal information collected by these third-party SDKs. We also require third-party service providers to take protective measures for your personal information and strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations.。Please click“third-party service providers”to view the information of third-party service providers we have integrated。
(H)Providing You with Issue Feedback Services
When you provide feedback to us, we may retain your communication or call records and content, or the contact information you provide, so that we can contact you, help resolve your issue, or record the handling process and results of the issue. For the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, we may also use other information related to your feedback that you provide when submitting the issue.
(I)Providing Security Protection
To improve the security of your use of our services and protect you, other users, or the public from harm to personal or property safety, and to better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, cyberattacks, network intrusions, and other security risks, as well as to more accurately identify violations of laws, regulations, or our related agreements and rules,we may use or integrate your account information, device information (including device model, Wi-Fi SSID, operating system version, device settings, Android ID, MAC address, IMEI, IMSI, unique device identifiers, installed application lists, and recently running applications), device location information (including IP address, GPS location, and sensor-related information such as Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base stations), log information, as well as information shared with us based on your authorization or in accordance with law, to comprehensively verify your identity, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary measures such as recording, auditing, analysis, and handling in accordance with the law.
(J)Others
- If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization before providing such personal information to us. If the information involves personal information of minors, you must obtain the consent of the minor’s guardian before publishing it. In such cases, the guardian has the right to contact us through the methods specified in this policy to request correction or deletion of personal information involving minors.
- If we use information for purposes not specified in this policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance.
- Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent. ccording to relevant laws and regulations, in the following circumstances we may collect your personal information without obtaining your prior authorization and consent:
- When necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party.
- When necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations.
- When necessary for responding to public health emergencies, or for protecting the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations.
- When processing personal information within a reasonable scope for news reporting or public opinion supervision in the public interest.
- When processing personal information that you have voluntarily made public or other personal information that has been lawfully disclosed, within a reasonable scope in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law.
- Other circumstances provided by laws and administrative regulations.
- Please note that under applicable laws, if we process personal information by adopting technical measures and other necessary measures so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore the data, or if we conduct anonymized research, statistical analysis, and prediction on collected information to improve our content and layout, support commercial decision-making with products or services, and improve our products and services (including using anonymized data for machine learning or model algorithm training), then the use of such processed data does not require additional notification to you or obtaining your consent.
II. How We Store Your Personal Information
(1) Storage Location
We will strictly restrict the global transfer of your personal information. Personal information collected and generated during our operations within mainland China will be stored on secure and trusted servers located within mainland China, except in the following circumstances:
- Where explicitly required by laws or regulations.
- Where your explicit authorization has been obtained.
- Where you voluntarily conduct cross-border internet activities, such as accessing overseas internet services or purchasing goods.
For the above situations, we will ensure that your personal information receives adequate protection in accordance with this policy. If cross-border transfer or storage becomes necessary in the future, we will inform you in advance and obtain your consent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
(2) Storage Period
We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. During the duration of the contractual relationship (customer relationship) between you and us, and within the legally required period after the contract expires, we will process and store your data. After the retention period expires, we will promptly delete or anonymize the data.
(3) Special Statement Regarding Data After Account Deletion
After you delete your account, we will promptly delete your registration information (such as your phone number, name, and ID number) or irreversibly anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge and agree that, in order to continuously improve the accuracy and safety of medical large language models, the Q&A records and de-identified medical record texts generated during your use of our services may be strictly de-identified or anonymized after your account deletion and may be incorporated into our medical AI training dataset for continuous model training and optimization.
III. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We have adopted security protection measures that meet industry standards and are reasonably feasible to safeguard the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of personal information. To ensure the security of your information, we use various security technologies and supporting management systems to reduce risks such as information leakage, damage, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, and alteration.
For example: encrypted transmission through Secure Socket Layer (SSL), encrypted storage of information, and strict access control for data centers. When transmitting and storing sensitive personal information (including biometric information), we adopt security measures such as encryption, permission control, and de-identification/anonymization.We may also conduct aggregated statistical analysis and data processing using desensitization and de-identification/anonymization techniques in order to provide you with more accurate, personalized, smooth, and convenient services, or to help evaluate, improve, or design products, services, and operational activities.
Our critical information systems have passed the Information Security Level Protection (Level III) evaluation and filing and are assessed annually.
We have established dedicated management systems, processes, and organizational structures to ensure information security. For example, we strictly limit personnel with access to information and require them to fulfill confidentiality obligations, which are subject to review.
After you stop using our services, we will stop collecting and using your information unless otherwise required by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities. If we cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you through individual notifications or public announcements, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold.
We will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information whenever possible.
The internet is not an absolutely secure environment. We strongly recommend that you do not transmit personal information using communication methods not recommended by us. Please note that information you voluntarily share or publicly disclose while using our services may involve personal information or even sensitive personal information of yourself or others.
We will make every effort to ensure the security of any information you authorize us to use. If our physical, technical, or management safeguards are compromised and result in unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, thereby harming your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal liabilities. If you have inquiries or complaints regarding personal information security, you may contact us via Personal Center – Feedback or other methods listed in this policy. We will respond within 15 working days.
In the event of a personal information security incident, we will inform you in accordance with legal requirements about the basic situation and possible impact of the incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent or reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will notify you through email, letters, phone calls, push notifications, or other means. If it is difficult to notify each affected individual, we will issue announcements in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will report the handling of the incident to relevant regulatory authorities as required.
IV. How We Provide Your Personal Information to Third Parties
(1) Entrusted Processing
All our business functions are currently provided by ourselves. If certain modules or functions are later provided by external suppliers, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with those external vendors entrusted to process personal information, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our requirements, this policy, and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
(2) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual except in the following circumstances:
With explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.
Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may share your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or mandatory requirements of government authorities.
Sharing in medical service scenarios: As a medical service platform, in order to provide you with consultation, appointment registration, and related medical services, we may share your personal information (such as your name, contact information, medical record data, and other necessary information) with the hospital or medical institution where the doctor you choose to visit is affiliated.
In other words, once you choose a hospital or doctor, sharing your necessary personal information with that institution is essential for appointment management and high-quality medical services. We will also require medical institutions to process your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and this privacy policy.
(3) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual except in the following situations:
With explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we may transfer your personal information to other parties.
In cases of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation: If personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy; otherwise, we will require them to obtain your authorization and consent again.
(4) Public Disclosure
We will publicly disclose your personal information only under the following circumstances:
With your explicit consent.
If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated our agreements or rules, or in order to protect the personal and property safety of us and the public, we may disclose your personal information in accordance with laws or agreements after obtaining your consent.
For example, if you hoard appointment slots or make fraudulent appointments in serious violation of the user agreement, we may publicly disclose or share with partners your identity information, contact information, and the penalties imposed.
(5) Exceptions to Prior Consent for Sharing, Transfer, or Public Disclosure
In the following situations, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information does not require prior authorization and consent:
- When necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party.
- When necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations.
- When necessary for responding to public health emergencies or protecting the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergencies.
- When processing personal information within a reasonable scope for news reporting or public opinion supervision in the public interest.
- When processing personal information that you have voluntarily made public or other legally disclosed personal information within a reasonable scope according to the Personal Information Protection Law.
- Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
According to legal provisions, sharing or transferring anonymized personal information in which the data recipient cannot restore or re-identify the individual does not constitute sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data therefore does not require additional notice to you or your consent.
V. Your Rights
You may access and manage your personal information in the following ways:
(1) Access Your Personal Information
You have the right to access your personal information, except where otherwise provided by laws and regulations. You can access your personal information through the following methods:
Account Information: If you wish to access your basic personal information and real-name authentication information in your account, you can log in and view it through “Personal Center.”
Appointment Records: You can log in to your account and view your historical appointment records through “Personal Center.”
Patient Management: After logging in, you can add, modify, or unbind contacts in “Patient Management” in the left menu.
If you cannot access the relevant personal information through the above methods, you may submit your request through the feedback function. We will respond promptly.
For other personal information generated during your use of our services or products, we will provide access in accordance with the arrangements described in “Responding to Your Requests.”
(2) Correct Your Personal Information
If you find that the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you have the right to request correction. You may submit a correction request through the methods described in “Access Your Personal Information.”
(3) Copy Your Personal Information
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. You may do so through Personal Center → Settings → Download Personal Data, or contact us using the contact methods listed in this policy.
(4) Transfer Your Personal Information
If you request that your personal information be transferred to another designated personal information processor, and the conditions stipulated by national regulatory authorities are met, we will provide you with the means to transfer it. You may contact us through the contact methods listed in this policy.
(5) Delete Your Personal Information
If you wish to delete your account, you may do so through Personal Center → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is irreversible. After deleting your account, you will no longer have access to any unfinished medical services within the Tairex AI Hospital APP. We will no longer retain your account information. Please back up all relevant account data and ensure all medical services associated with your account have been properly handled. After successful deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
(6) Delete Your Personal Information
You may request deletion of your personal information in the following situations:
- If our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations.
- If we collect or use your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent.
- If our processing seriously violates our agreement with you.
- If you no longer use our products or services.
- If we permanently cease providing products or services to you.
If we respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or authorized independently by you.
After you delete information from our services or we assist in deleting it, we may not immediately remove the corresponding information from backup systems but will delete it when the backup is updated.
(7) Change the Scope of Your Authorization
You may change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information or disabling device functions. Please understand that certain business functions require basic personal information to operate (see “How We Collect and Use Your Information”). After you withdraw consent, we will stop processing the relevant personal information, but your decision will not affect prior processing carried out based on your authorization.
(8) Restrict Automated Decision-Making
In some internet services or products, decisions may be made solely through automated mechanisms such as information systems or algorithms. If such decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation. We will also provide an appeal mechanism without infringing our trade secrets, user rights, or public interests. You may contact us through Personal Center – Feedback or other methods listed in this policy.
(9) Protection of Deceased Users’ Personal Information
If a user unfortunately passes away, their close relatives may contact us through the contact methods listed in this policy to exercise rights such as access, copy, correction, or deletion of the deceased user's personal information for their legitimate interests, unless the deceased user had other arrangements before death.
(10) Responding to Your Requests
If you need to withdraw authorization or delete your account information, you may do so through Personal Center Settings. If you cannot manage your personal information through the above methods, or you wish to inquire about the personal information we have collected, its types, sources, purposes, or third parties who received it, you may contact us via Personal Center – Feedback or other methods listed in this policy. To ensure security, we may require written requests or identity verification before processing your request.
We generally do not charge fees for reasonable requests, but repeated or excessive requests may incur certain costs. Requests that are repetitive, technically excessive, risky to others’ rights, or impractical may be refused.
We may be unable to respond to requests under the following circumstances as required by law:
- Related to fulfilling legal obligations of personal information controllers.
- Directly related to national security or national defense security.
- Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests.
- Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments.
- If there is sufficient evidence that you have malicious intent or abuse rights.
- To protect the life or property of you or others when obtaining consent is difficult.
- If responding would seriously harm legitimate rights of individuals or organizations.
- Involving trade secrets.
VI. How We Use Cookies
To ensure normal operation, we may store small data files called Cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and certain numbers and characters. With Cookies, we can remember your preferences and provide relevant services.
You can manage or delete Cookies according to your preferences. For details, see AboutCookies.org. You can clear all Cookies stored on your computer, and most browsers allow you to block Cookies. However, if you do so, you may need to manually adjust user settings each time you visit our platform. For detailed instructions, please refer to your browser’s settings page.
VII. Protection of Minors’ Personal Information
The system places great importance on protecting minors’ personal information. If you are under 14 years old, please read this privacy policy with your guardian before using the system and ensure you have obtained explicit guardian consent before providing personal information.
If minors’ personal information is collected with guardian consent, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose such information when permitted by law, explicitly consented to by guardians, or necessary to protect minors.
If your guardian does not agree with your use of the system according to this policy, please stop using the system immediately and notify us.
If you have any questions regarding minors under your guardianship using the system or providing personal information, please contact us promptly.

- Our privacy policy may change from time to time. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy.
Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page.

- Major changes to our service model, such as the purpose, type, or method of processing personal information.
- Major changes in ownership structure or organizational structure, such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
- Changes to the primary recipients of personal information sharing, transfer, or disclosure.
